Forgeline offers race proven strength by teams competing in SCCA,
PCA, Sportscar and BMW/CCA. The strength of wheels is
achieved by the use of high-strength materials (forged 6061-TG
aluminum), stablishing a high priority on manufacturing tolerances as
well as utilizing structurally sound design principles. Highly advanced
fatigue and durability procedures on our wheels ensure results that
satisfy automobile manufactures, racing teams and everyday performance
drivers alike.
ForgeLine
wheels feature a
"true" forged center, created by a 6,000 ton press, versus wheels that are machined
from a forged
disk, and our wheels are of superior strength. This process creates
directional grain flow, virtually no porosity and is ultimately the
strongest aluminum possible.This strength allows ForgeLine wheels to
be created
using less materials. The result? An extremely strong, yet
lightweight wheel that can be used for street or racing
applications. For example, our 17 x 11 RS weighs
only 18.75 lbs.
Forgeline
wheels are custom made, allowing us the flexibility to create
model-specific wheels, with offsets and dimensions available for
applications ranging from custom, to racing, to production model
vehicles. Furthermore, ForgeLine wheels are
designed with a very large caliper clearance which allows us to
accommodate all aftermarket brake packages.

announce its newest series of 3-piece luxury alloy performance wheels -
The Premiere Series. Our Premiere Series wheels are designed for
those who acknowledge that performance is not just for race cars, but
for luxury and high performance street cars and sports utility
vehicles. These wheels feature forged 6061 T6 centers as well as 6061
T6 rim halves. Reverse rims along with larger centers provide
that incredible look of luxury and performance. Each wheel is built
with
forged 6061 T6 centers, 6061 T6 spun rim halves, chrome-plated
aircraft-grade fasteners, and feature a painted or chromed finish with
a polished or chromed lip. Available in 19" and
20" fitments.

COMPETITION SERIES
While almost every
Forgeline wheel is ready to race, some sizes are not appropriate for
track use. That is why we offer a
Competition-dedicated line. Please contact our technical support staff
to find out how Forgeline can make sure that you
get the right wheel, offsets, center locking hubs, components, finishes
and colors for your specific racing
application. Each wheel is built with true forged 6061 T6
centers, 6061 T6 spun rim halves, titanium fasteners and jet nuts, and
feature a powdercoated silver or gunmetal finish with a polished lip.
This design is 3 pounds lighter than the standard 3-piece Forgeline
wheels. Available in 17" and 18" fitments, or custom sizes for the RS.

3-PIECE STREET SERIES
Our newest line of three piece
construction wheels are
the WC3, SX3, and RS3 models. They are aggressively styled and built to
perform with true forged centers, aircraft grade bolts, and feature a
standard polished finish with a polished lip. Since each wheel is
built to order, Forgeline can offer special features like custom
offsets, center locking hubs, and a choice of center finishes.
Each wheel is built with true forged 6061 T6 centers and aircraft
quality fasteners. Available in 18" fitments including center
lock hubs.

2-PIECE STREET SERIES
In 2001, all of our
two-piece wheels were completely redesigned. The RS model is 50%
stronger, which results in even longer life under extreme loads.
The RS (five-spoke)
models are the highest quality, two-piece wheels available on the
market. With sizes ranging from 16x7 all the way up to 18x13, Forgeline
delivers the right fit, quality and performance for the right price.
Further all RS wheels come with a polished finish as standard, and
offer an optional powder coat, or paint color match. Available in 16", 17"

HRE’s Competition
Series wheels are individually engineered for weight optimization.
Minimizing
unsprung weight is a critical factor in any competition-oriented wheel
design and one of the greatest engineering challenges. Lower wheel mass
decreases resistance to accelerative, braking and suspension forces,
and effectively improves handling dynamics. But not all vehicles are
created equal; hub sizes and bolt patterns differ and optimal wheel
mass can’t be achieved with one wheel fit to every vehicle.
